Let’s meet. Here we will visit your home to discuss simple project parameters and understand your vision.

The preliminary estimating phase focuses on a broad-level approach at pricing your project out. Typically, this is before the design has been finished.

Once we have a simple understanding of the project pricing, we will host a trade walk at your home. This will allow our trades to look at the project and put together bids for our contract estimating phase.

The contract estimating phase is where our final pricing information is compiled. Using our subcontractor bids from the trade walk, we build the contract level pricing and finalize the contract documents.

Once the contract has been signed, we’ll move into the construction phase. From here, we’ll submit for permit and procure materials. After the typical 6-8 week lead time for permits, we will begin construction.

We’ve worked through the project and everything is wrapped up. From here, we’ll have a punch walk to highlight and remaining punch list items.

Following the completion of the punch list items, our two-year warranty phase begins. Here we’ll address any items that may arise after we leave.
